1. Order Processing and Dispatch Location

2. Shipping Carriers and Transit Timeframes

3. Freight and Customs Duties
To provide a seamless delivery experience for our European clientele, all shipments are arranged on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The merchant bears the cost of standard freight, as well as applicable customs duties and import taxes. Customers will not be subject to additional logistical charges upon the arrival of the goods in the destination country.
4. Order Tracking and Notifications
Visibility throughout the transit process is a priority. We employ an automated tracking system that sends status updates directly to the email address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers will receive automated email notifications at the following key logistical milestones:
- Confirmation of order dispatch from our Canadian warehouse.
- Arrival of the parcel at the regional or international logistics hub.
- Confirmation that the parcel is with the local courier and out for final delivery.
5. Delayed Deliveries and Issue Resolution
While we work closely with our carrier partners to maintain the stated timeframes, transit schedules may occasionally be affected by external operational factors. If an order exceeds the standard 9 to 12 business day transit timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier.
Upon the conclusion of the carrier investigation, we will review the operational findings and, depending on the circumstances of the delay or loss, issue either a full refund to the original payment method or arrange for a replacement order to be dispatched.
6. Transfer of Risk
In strict adherence to European consumer protection frameworks, the risk of loss or damage to the physical goods remains with Canadian Learning Supply Inc. during transit. The risk of loss transfers to the consumer only at the point when the consumer, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), acquires actual physical possession of the goods.
