Terms of Service

Welcome to crystalstorebox. This website is operated by Canadian Learning Supply Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Canadian Learning Supply Inc. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing transparent plastic drawer organizers from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, particularly consumers residing within Europe.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any valid commercial reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks to maintain a standard of protection.

3. Products and Pricing

We strictly offer physical transparent plastic drawer organizers. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Delivery and Logistics

We commit to a transparent fulfillment process for our European customers.

  • Processing and Dispatch: Upon order confirmation, items are dispatched directly from our Canadian warehouse facility within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Transit Timelines: We partner with premium logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority. The estimated delivery timeframe to European addresses is strictly 9 to 12 business days following dispatch.
  • Tracking Communications: We will automatically issue tracking update emails to the address provided at checkout during critical transit milestones (e.g., dispatch, arrival at local logistics hubs, and out-for-delivery status).
  • Transit Delays: Should an order exceed the standard stipulated transit time, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Based on the findings of this investigation, we will promptly execute a full refund or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

6. Transfer of Risk

In strict compliance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to you only when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. The risk does not transfer upon our handover of the items to the courier service.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We adhere to European consumer protection legislation regarding returns and defective goods.

  • Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer residing in Europe, you possess a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If the items you receive exhibit defects or transit damage, you are entitled to a resolution without undue burden. You must contact our customer support via email within the applicable timeframe and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification of the evidence, we will process a full refund or issue a replacement. You are not required to return the physical damaged item to us to receive your refund or replacement.

To exercise your right of withdrawal or report an issue, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via the contact email provided below.

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not make representations that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Canadian Learning Supply Inc., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, except where such limitation is prohibited by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your European country of residence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. This choice of law does not deprive European consumers of the protection afforded to them by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of their country of habitual residence.
